Hymnal Donation Form
The Church of Saint Luke has ordered the Gather Hymnal with Readings and Music for our church. We have Purchased 500 hymnals to fill the pews. If you would like to donate a new hymnal to the parish, here is your chance! The suggested donation per hymnal is $25.
Hymnals can be donated in memory/honor of loved ones. Memorials/Honors will be listed inside the front cover of each hymnal donated. Please complete the form below, put your donation in the collection basket or place it in the mailbox outside the Barrett Center, or you can mail it to the office at: Church of Saint Luke, 818 Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Please mark your payment as “Hymnal Donation”. Donations can also be made by myEoffering under, Gather Hymnal
